6. FAQ

Common questions and troubleshooting.

How do I format a new memory card?
Turn the camera ON, hold the Shutter Button for 8 seconds until FORMAT appears, then within 2 seconds push the Filter Switch upward to confirm.
Why can’t I preview my photos on the camera?
The K15 has no preview screen by design. The small 0.96″ screen only shows the photo count and settings. Transfer photos to a computer or phone to review them.
Why won’t the camera turn on?
Check the battery: insert the BL-5B battery with the correct orientation, or charge it via the Type-C port until the indicator turns off. After an empty battery, allow a few minutes of charging before powering on.
Why don’t my photos get saved?
Make sure a formatted microSD card is inserted. The photo counter advances with each shot; if it does not, check the card.
My photos look blurry. What should I do?
Keep the subject at least 1 m (3.3 ft) away (fixed-focus lens), hold the camera steady with both hands, and pause briefly after pressing the shutter.
Is the camera waterproof?
No. Keep the camera dry. Water damage is not covered by the warranty.

7. Warranty & Contact

1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. It does not cover damage from misuse, drops, water, or unauthorized repair.
